Yes! The past eleven years I have worked with a non-profit providing new Brand & Identity, large print, print & digital designs, Blog post images and Social Media management. I use Adobe Creative Suites and Canva to create most social media posts.
Yes, Logos are a flat rate with 2 revisions included. I will send all digital files including full color, black and white and with transparent backgrounds.
Yes, any work not included in the original quote is added to the project using a Change order that is signed by both me and the client prior to the additional work being added to the project.
Some graphic design projects can be completed with a simple flat rate, while others are more complicated and require a more extensive and detailed quote. Most projects will be charged with an hourly rate multiplied by the hours estimated to complete the project. Tax is additional and will be added in to the final bill.
Yes! A signed contract must be in place in order to start any project. The contract includes protections for both Inspirations Graphic Design and the client. Part of the contract contains the Creative Brief which outlines the project deliverables, time line, size of the project, estimated hours or flat rate.
All assets, images including licensing documentations (stock images), documentation, and Adobe design files will be provided to the client after the final invoice is closed and full payment has been received for work completed. Files will be sent to the client for use to meet the deadlines. These files are the JPEG, PNG, or PDF files, print ready or digital files needed for the project.
The only rush projects I will take on at this time are Obituary Keepsake Programs.
I use Adobe Creative Suites. I use Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe In-Design. I am also using Canva for may projects especially in Social Media.
Yes, I work with small to medium size weddings. The smallest wedding I have photographed was 8 people the largest so far was 100. I love photographing weddings! I do have an hourly rate, but I also work with your budget!
